Why is that so important - There are other ways to get your name & address, the volunteers just used that route because it is faster and more convenient. Any idiot can look on the internet and find your name, address and all your neighbors names and addresses and how much you paid for your house too!! EXACTLY LOL! Go to the TAD website, look up your street (no address needed) will show you every house on your block, who owns it, how much its appraised for. Dont lie to the nieghbors about sq footage either, cuz it shows it too Why would you want to hide your addy from the foundation? Are you scared of them for some strange reason?

Question: How are the volunteers for the Woodland Springs Foundation able to access my personal information from SBB Management's C3 system? Can SBB Management pass out my personal information to anyone? Does anyone know if there is a way to "opt-out" of this database? Yes, the database was given out by SBB and yes MANY homeowners had concerns over this information being given out. It is my understanding yes we can opt out and should be given the opportunity to do so. Our information kept at SBB's office should be up to us to give out, whether it includes or address or not.

Even if you did that, they can STILL get your address. It's not like PERSONAL info was given out, it's just your address. You can get more info on the internet than the stupid management office. They can't find out anything more than that from the SBB info.

Just because you don't agree with someone doesn't mean they are wrong. If you believe SBB is looking out for you, you are wrong. They are working for the developer. They get paid by the number of violation letters they send out.
On another note, does anyone know whether or not a sole proprietorship can solicit and/or accept donations or whether or not it can have a tax exempt status?

They get paid by the number of violation letters they send out. Are you implying that the SBB gets paid by commission?
